The aim of use of the signs is the eternal development of each concrete man and humanity as a whole; therefore the technologies, which will be distributed under class 44, are ideologically oriented to realization of the eternal development.

With the assignment of the right of use of trademarks the Licensee is provided with training course on the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi that enables the Licensee to conduct his activity on the basis of technologies of the eternal development. Individual technologies for the Licensee can be created after signing of amendments to the license agreements.

The rights of the use of trademarks on the following goods and the services are granted:

Medical services; psycho-mental services to influence and create emotional balance; mental healing; healing counselling, medical and psycho-mental life counselling; consultancy with regard to holistic medical matters.

Medical services, if these services include the services of orthodox medicine, which uses anthropogenic systems, then it is necessary to create in-patient departments, clinics, hospitals, polyclinics, which function at the usual level, at the level known and accepted by the Ministry of Public Health in Japan that is usual in Japan, and in addition systems of control in line with the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi will be introduced.

Therapeutic consultations, medical and psychotherapeutic consultations in line with life situations; in this case this is creation of information center as it was mentioned in the class information related to the courses of correspondence education; it is described concretely there. With the assignment of the right of use of trademarks the Licensee is provided with training course on the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi that enables the Licensee to conduct his activity on the basis of technologies of the eternal development. Individual technologies for the Licensee can be created after signing of amendments to the license agreements.

The rights of the use of trademarks on the following goods and the services are granted:

professional training and coaching services; sporting activities; organization of exhibitions for cultural or educational purposes.

Provision of services in the sphere of professional training; taking into consideration that this refers to individual training; quite naturally the option of distance training or individual training can be chosen when teachers train one student.

Sports activities will also be directed toward realization of the structure of the eternal development.

Organization of exhibitions for cultural or educational purposes will also be directed toward the eternal development.

Licensee with the use of class of 41 trademarks can obtain also rights to the use of methods, devices and systems described in the patents for inventions “The Method for Prevention of Catastrophes and the Device for its Realization” and “The System of Transfer of Information”.

With the assignment of the right of use of trademarks the Licensee is provided with training course on the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi that enables the Licensee to conduct his activity on the basis of technologies of the eternal development. Individual technologies for the Licensee can be created after signing of amendments to the license agreements.

The rights of the use of trademarks on the following goods and the services are granted:

Paper, boxes of paper, table cloths of paper, table napkins of paper, cardboard and cardboard articles

Paper. This class is related to production of paper, which is required for printing of books and for office work, where duration of storage is one of the properties of paper. Including the possibility of use of the paper through electronic computers, which can identify the characteristics of the paper and, as if through the internal bar code of paper, classify information that is on it. In other words, special functions of paper will be inserted in the very structure of paper.

Paper boxes. This case refers to different types of the paper boxes, which will be distributed in different directions where they can be used and furthermore they will have an embedded function of building of different constructions from these boxes. They will also have one more embedded function, directed toward the fact that the form of these boxes will be reproduced and built in such a way that besides usual forms specific elements related exactly to perception of production of the eternal development will be embedded.

Individual technologies for the Licensee can be created after signing of amendments to the license agreements.

The rights of the use of trademarks on the following goods and the services are granted:

Apparatus for recording, transmission or reproduction of sound or images; magnetic data carriers, recording discs; automatic vending machines and mechanisms for coin- operated apparatus; cash registers, calculating machines, data processing equipment and computers; fire-extin- guishing apparatus; data-processing programs; recorded and unrecorded data carriers of all kinds, in particular CDs, MDs, DVDs, video tapes and audio cassettes.

In this class from the point of view of sale of these devices the component of reliability of the devices will be increased in accordance with the fact that in line with the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi the technologies of the eternal development realize those material systems of the object of constructions, which possess additional properties of reliability as the minimum, and generally speaking are directed toward the eternal development, they accordingly have a number of additional properties the same as during recording.
